Reham is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, trauma, PTSD, intimate partner violence (IPV), grief, loss, and bereavement.
Reham specializes in building strong therapeutic relationships through a client-centred and compassionate approach. Her practice integrates an evidence-based approach with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and art therapy. Reham strives to support clients in achieving a healthy, balanced life while enhancing self-esteem, fostering self-worth, and empowering meaningful life changes.
Before joining CarePoint Health, Reham provided therapeutic counselling and service navigation for women impacted by intimate partner violence. She also supported newcomers facing mental health challenges through short-term counselling and psychoeducational workshops
