Reham is a registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, trauma, PTSD, intimate partner violence (IPV), grief, loss, and bereavement.
Reham specializes in building strong therapeutic relationships through a client-centred and compassionate approach. Her practice integrates evidence-based approaches with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and art therapy. She strives to support clients in achieving a healthy, balanced life while enhancing self-esteem, fostering self-worth, and empowering meaningful life changes.
Before joining CarePoint Health, Reham provided therapeutic counselling and service navigation to women impacted by intimate partner violence. She also supported newcomers experiencing mental health challenges through short-term counselling and psychoeducational workshops.
